Jeff Fowler

Jeff Fowler is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal counsel and compliance within the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at New York Life Insurance Company since May 2018, Jeff previously held the role of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Jeff was a Technology and Bank Regulatory Compliance Associate at Cullen and Dykman LLP, where responsibilities included advising institutional banking clients on matters of technology, data protection, and cybersecurity, as well as drafting complex technology agreements. Additionally, Jeff served as Vice President - Legal Counsel at Brain Balance Achievement Centers, overseeing compliance and risk analysis for franchises focused on children with cognitive disorders. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, a Master's Degree from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania.
