Ken Farer

Ken Farer currently serves as Corporate VP & Chief of Staff for Product Solutions at New York Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives for various career agency-sold products and managing cross-functional projects to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous roles at New York Life include Corporate Vice President of Finance Strategic Capabilities, focusing on process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. Prior to New York Life, Ken Farer spent 17 years at S&P Global Ratings, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Business Transformation, where significant cost savings and process enhancements were achieved. Ken Farer holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Yale School of Management and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
