Mark L. Feidler, elected a director in 2006, is a founding partner of MSouth Equity Partners and was the president, chief operating officer, and a director of BellSouth Corporation. Mr. Feidler serves as chair of the Talent, Diversity & Compensation Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee and the Investment Committee.
