Michael Carrano is a seasoned recruiting and HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at New York Life Insurance Company since March 2014, Michael excels in managing the full cycle recruiting process and developing strategic talent pipelines. Previously, Michael held various roles at AIG from May 1999 to April 2012, including HR Business Partner and Senior Corporate Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, staffing, and performance management across multiple business lines. Michael began the professional journey as an HR Representative at Salomon Brothers from 1994 to 1997. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Stony Brook University in 1994.
