Michael Marchant

Michael Marchant is an experienced corporate leader with a strong background in procurement and contract management. At New York Life Insurance Company, Michael served as Corporate Vice President, overseeing supplier diversity, sustainable procurement, spend reporting, and contract administration, as well as leading the Contract Services Group. Prior to this role, Michael was with Prudential Financial for 15 years, holding various positions including Vice President and Corporate Counsel, focusing on complex contract negotiations and legal compliance within technology and enterprise contracts. Michael’s legal expertise is further supported by prior roles at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Fried Frank, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
