Neha Kowal

Neha Kowal is an accomplished professional in event management and corporate experiences with extensive leadership experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Events at New York Life Insurance Company, Neha oversees the planning and execution of over 70 enterprise-wide events, providing strategic solutions to internal business partners. Previously, Neha led the Meetings and Experiences team at Guardian Life, collaborating closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to enhance the experience of distribution partners and employees. Additional experience includes roles at Bank of America, where Neha developed event strategies for Wealth Management with a $10M budget, and at JPMorgan Chase, where Neha managed premier events with a focus on client brand impact. Neha holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and World Religion from Manhattan University.
