Nicole Padilla

Nicole Padilla is the Founder and Lead Facilitator at Evolved Embodiment, where vital practices and projects are developed to help individuals and organizations connect with their authentic selves. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Design Program Director at New York Life Insurance Company since September 2025, Nicole co-leads the Digital Transformation initiative within the newly formed Digital Experience & Product Design organization. Prior to this role, Nicole held multiple leadership positions at Signet Jewelers, including Director of Experience Design Operations & Production, where an organizational structure for the design team was established. Additional experience includes a Program Lead and Guest Lecturer role at New York University, managing digital projects at New York City Ballet, and various positions in leading agencies and brands. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Interactive Media Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, complemented by professional certifications in arts integration.
