Randy D. Kahlich

Randy D. Kahlich, Jr. currently serves as the CVP and Head of Service Capacity Planning and Workforce Management at New York Life Insurance Company, overseeing workforce strategy and planning initiatives to support a large-scale contact center operation. Prior to this role, Randy held several key positions at Velera, including Managing Vice President of Contact Center Operations & Support Groups, where responsibilities included leading operations and support departments for over 800 credit unions. Randy's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Afni, where significant contributions were made in strategic planning and project management, as well as workforce management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a certification in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College.
