Sheila K. Davidson

Sheila K. Davidson is the EVP, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at New York Life Insurance. Prior to joining the company, they served as Regional Counsel at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) from October 1987 to June 1991. As Enforcement lawyer at what was then known as the National Association of Securities Dealers - NASD, Davidson worked to protect investors from fraud and other illegal practices in the securities industry.

Sheila K. Davidson has a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University. Sheila is certified from the New York State Unified Court System as a member of the New York State Bar.
