Sherri Vaughn

Sherri Vaughn currently serves as Learning Experience Lead, Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company since January 2023. Previously, Sherri held the position of Senior Learning Experience Designer at TEKsystems from July 2021 to February 2023, and also worked as an Assistant Adjunct Professor in Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus between February 2018 and August 2022. Prior to these roles, Sherri was an Organizational Development Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from June 2019 to July 2021, and spent nearly a decade at Sylvan Learning in various leadership roles including Director and Senior Manager. Sherri's experience also includes working as a Senior Instructional Designer at Maxim Healthcare Services from January 2007 to January 2010 and as a Training and Development Specialist at Chevy Chase Bank from May 1998 to January 2007. Sherri holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
