Vanessa Healey is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Underwriting Training Advisor at New York Life Insurance Company since June 2018, where responsibilities include training for the LAUNCH program and mentoring new hires. Vanessa has progressed through various underwriting positions, managing a book of business worth $11M and leading training initiatives to enhance underwriting efficiency. Prior to joining New York Life, Vanessa worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Colorado State University, specializing in advanced mathematics subjects and supporting non-conventional students and student-athletes to boost academic success.
