Chelsea Hubbell has a diverse work experience in event management and client service. Chelsea started their career as a Tournament Operations Intern at the United States Tennis Association in 2007. Chelsea then worked as a Fabrics Intern at Ralph Lauren in 2008. After that, they interned at IPC Media's Wedding Magazine as a Fashion Writer Intern and at HarperCollins Publishers as a Publicity Assistant. In 2010, they joined Saks Fifth Avenue as a PR Assistant and later transitioned to become a Marketing Associate at Cantor Fitzgerald.
