Daniel Walsh

Daniel Walsh, CFA has a diverse range of work experience. Daniel started their career in 2012 as a Financial Planning & Analysis professional at Frontier Communications. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Financial Solutions Advisor at Merrill Edge. Since 2015, Daniel has been employed at New York Life Investments. Daniel began as an Internal Advisor Consultant in their Third-Party Distribution department and later transitioned to the role of Associate in the Research Platform Group. Daniel then became a Senior Associate in Global Relationship Management, where they served as a Product Analyst. In 2019, Daniel was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in Product Development, and they currently hold the role of Director in the same department.

Daniel Walsh, CFA earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Lehigh University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2016, a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement from the CFA Institute in May 2017, the Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66) from NASAA in May 2013, and the General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7) from NYSE Governance Services in April 2013.
