Marta Hansen, MBA, CPA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Marta is currently serving as a Volunteer Finance Committee - Assistant Treasurer for the Financial Women's Association. Previously, Marta held the position of Chief Financial Officer - Director & FINOP at New York Life Investments since 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from 2010 to 2012. Marta also has experience as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2010 and as an Accounting Manager at BMO Capital Markets from 2004 to 2007.

Marta Hansen, MBA, CPA, has a strong education background in finance and accounting. Marta earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Capella University, specializing in Finance, General, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University between 1999 and 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marta has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which they received from the New Jersey Association of Public Accountants in November 2022. Marta also holds the Series 24 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in June 2021. Marta further demonstrated their expertise in the financial industry by attaining the Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in April 2015 and the Series 27 certification from FINRA in December 2005.
