Mariam Aldhahi

Mariam Aldhahi currently serves as Managing Editor and Director of Editorial Operations at New York Magazine since May 2020. Prior to this role, Mariam held the position of Managing Editor at Curbed from June 2017 to May 2020 and served in various editorial capacities, including Managing Editor and Design Editor at Huge from February 2015 to June 2017. Additional experience includes writing positions at AIGA Design, Rockwell Group, Travel + Leisure, and The Guild 5 Forty Five, as well as an official writing role for the Power of Design 2014 event at Wolfsonian-FIU. Mariam began the career as an Editorial and Marketing Assistant at Princeton Architectural Press and an Archival Consultant at Storefront for Art and Architecture. Educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Design Criticism from the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism from Florida Atlantic University.
