Eric Chu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2006, they founded New York Medical Group (NYMG). In 2014, they worked as a radio host at 新城電台. In 2019, they joined The Open University of Hong Kong as a member of the Advisory Peer Group (APG) of the School of Nursing and Health Studies. In 2020, they became the Co-Owner & CBO of EC Healthcare.
Eric Chu earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Life Science from Queen's University between 1995 and 1998. Eric then went on to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences from 1998 to 2002. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Science from Lincoln University College, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric Chu has obtained several certifications, including Fellow FRCC (Ortho) from The Royal College of Chiropractors in 2018, a Diploma in Football Medicine from FIFA in 2016, and an International Certified Chiropractic Sports Diploma from FICS - Sports Chiropractic in 2015.
