Caroline Hoos is an accomplished technology and program management professional currently serving as Vice President of Technology Solutions at the New York Mets since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team, overseeing the Mets ERP system, and aligning resources with corporate strategy. Previously, Caroline held key roles in organizations such as Home Care Assistance as Head of Integrations & Partnerships, and Legends as Director of Strategic Projects and Director of Program Management, where Caroline successfully spearheaded project management processes and M&A activities. Caroline began their career at Christie's, where significant contributions were made in digital publishing and business coordination.
