Dalia S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of criminal justice, mediation, and mental health. Currently serving as a Senior Project Associate in Pretrial Initiatives at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency and as a Mediator for the New York Peace Institute, Dalia is well-versed in conflict resolution with specialized training in basic and advanced mediation techniques. Additionally, Dalia holds a position as a Field Instructor, supervising master-level social work students, and serves as Associate Director of Clinical Training at The Child & Family Institute, where trauma-informed psychotherapeutic services are provided. Dalia's previous roles include Legislative and Training Coordinator for Gender-Based Violence at the NYC Office of the Mayor, along with experience as a domestic violence crisis counselor.
