Grace Hewitt

Grace Hewitt has extensive experience in mediation and conflict resolution, currently serving as a Mediator at the New York Peace Institute since November 2016, where responsibilities include mediating civil court and community disputes and coaching NYPD in conflict resolution techniques. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Assistant Human Resource Manager at Cary Kane LLP, where Grace collaborated on financial controls, managed productivity metrics, designed HR policies, supervised staff training, and mediated internal conflicts. Earlier work as a Labor and Employment Law Paralegal involved managing litigation processes and training staff.
