Martha Vargas

Martha Vargas has extensive experience in mediation services at the New York Peace Institute, where Martha has held various positions since 1996. As Program Manager, Martha Vargas focuses on implementing cross-borough outreach strategies, supervising community case managers, and analyzing data to enhance case management efficiency. Since July 2007, Martha Vargas has served as Kings County Mediation Courts Coordinator, overseeing mediation services in Civil, Housing, and Small Claims Courts while fostering relationships with judicial staff. Additionally, Martha Vargas has experience as a Senior Case Manager, providing oversight and support to case managers and maintaining strong referral networks. Martha Vargas is a graduate of Lawrence High School.
