Niki Borofsky

Community Mediator Trainer at New York Peace Institute

Niki Borofsky serves as the CEO of Nikisky Consulting, LLC since March 2002 and is actively involved in various organizations, including Mediators Beyond Borders as a member since April 2016 and Global Potential as the Vice President for France since September 2011. Niki also contributes as a Community Mediator and Trainer at the New York Peace Institute since 2015 and as a Food Literacy Educator with The Cookbook Project since 2014. Previously, Niki held senior roles at JAMS, including Senior Global Practice Manager, and served as Vice President of Membership at the CPR Institute from December 2016 to January 2019. Early career experience includes work as an International Arbitration, Employment & Labor Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and as a board member at the Stanford Club of France. Niki's education encompasses a BA in Philosophy from Stanford University, an LLM in French & European Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a JD in International Law from Northeastern University School of Law, along with studies at the University of Buenos Aires and Phillips Exeter Academy.
