Wendy Belzberg is an experienced advocate and mediator currently serving at The Inclusive Initiative since January 2023. Wendy co-founded AandBMediation in 2015, a firm focused on conflict resolution that emphasizes communication and minimizing acrimony. As a mediator certified in community, criminal, divorce, and child support mediation, Wendy has been associated with the New York Peace Institute since 2012. Previously, Wendy was the editor and syndicated advice columnist at The Forward from 1995 to 2006, where "Ask Wendy," a weekly advice column, was launched. Wendy held the position of Vice President of Development at Hearst Entertainment from 1989 to 1993, managing the production of prime time television series, and worked at ABC News from 1981 to 1988 as a researcher and producer. Wendy earned a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Barnard College (1977-1981).
