Ashley Tern

Ashley Tern is a dedicated arts professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community engagement. Currently serving as a Patron Program Manager at the New York Philharmonic, Ashley previously held roles as a Development Associate and Manager at Gallery 23 NY, where significant achievements included launching the nonprofit sector and enhancing visitor interactions. Prior experience includes a Membership Intern position at the American Ballet Theatre, where skills in donor relations and database management were developed. Ashley has also contributed to various organizations, including leading social media initiatives at Arts Business Collaborative, producing educational content at The Fralin Museum of Art, and honing leadership skills in multiple roles within alpha Kappa Delta Phi, International Sorority Inc. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
