Jena Tunnell

Jena Tunnell currently serves as IT Project Manager at the New York Philharmonic since January 2023. Previously, Jena held multiple roles at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra from July 2015 to January 2023, including Director of Ticketing & Guest Services, Senior Manager of Sales, and Advertising & Group Sales Manager. Jena also served as Marketing Director for the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra from August 2013 to August 2014 and had earlier experience at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra as Manager of Box Office and Guest Services from July 2006 to July 2013. Jena's career began at the American Airlines Center as Premium and Suites Manager from 2004 to 2006 and included a role as Box Office Manager for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club between 2000 and 2004. Jena holds a BA in Music Business with a minor in Marketing from Belmont University and graduated from Anderson High School.
