Daniela Parfait

Daniela Parfait, CPP has an extensive work experience in payroll management and administration. Daniela started their career in 2003 as an HR Coordinator at TheraCare and later worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator at Marubeni Corporation. In 2006, they joined WCBS-TV as a Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll and accounting processing. In 2015, they moved to Cantor Fitzgerald as a Payroll Manager and oversaw multi-state payroll processing for over 3000 employees. At Alvarez & Marsal, starting in 2017, Daniela held the positions of Senior Payroll Manager and Director - Payroll Operations. In their latest role at the New York Post, they serve as the Director of Payroll & Accounts Payable. Throughout their career, Daniela has demonstrated a strong leadership ability, a passion for process improvement, and a dedication to cultivating positive cross-functional relationships.

Daniela Parfait, CPP has a certificate in Human Resource Management from NYU SCPS, obtained in 2004-2005. Daniela also attended Taylor Business Institute from 1999-2001, where they studied Accounting. Prior to that, they attended INACTIVE-1703030558-LIU Brooklyn from 1998-1999, also for Accounting. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, and is a Certified Payroll Professional.
