Amy Hinderer

Amy Hinderer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and enterprise transformation. Currently serving as a Program Management Consultant at New York Power Authority since 2023, Amy previously held the role of Enterprise Transformation Strategist at Celerity, where successful management of a global Salesforce implementation plan was achieved. As Director of Strategy & Operations at Hearthlight Investment Group from 2010 to 2021, Amy designed a technology roadmap that significantly boosted efficiency and established stringent cybersecurity practices. Prior experience at IBM Corporation included various senior roles, where Amy launched IT product solutions, deployed AI and machine learning services generating substantial revenue, and created customer success programs for a large workforce. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University.
