Andrew Boulais, PE has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Andrew began their career at General Motors in 1995 as a Co-Op Electrical Engineer and worked in various roles such as Reliability Engineer, Supervisor/Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Electrical Engineer, Process Engineer, and Senior Plant Electrical Engineer until 2008. In 2008, Andrew joined Hatch as a Project Manager for a brief period. Later in the same year, they joined the New York Power Authority (NYPA). At NYPA, they held several positions including Construction Engineer, Operations Engineer, Resident Construction Manager, Project Manager for the Northern New York region, and Sr. Program Director for Transmission Project Management. Andrew's most recent roles at NYPA include Acting VP of Project Management and their current position as VP of Project & Construction Management. Andrew has demonstrated expertise in project management, construction, electrical engineering, and reliability engineering throughout their career.
Andrew Boulais, PE has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Andrew also holds a Certificate in Engineering Management from Clarkson University Graduate School, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained the DBIA Associate certification from the Design-Build Institute of America in 2019, and they are a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the New York State Education Department.
