John Doyle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law and policy. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney II in the Contracts, Licensing, and Environmental Group at the New York Power Authority since October 2022, John has previously held significant roles within the Federal Aviation Administration, including Senior Attorney and Attorney-Advisor in the Environmental Law Branch from September 2016 to October 2022. John also contributed as a Deputy Attorney General in the Environmental Permitting and Counseling Section of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office from September 2013 to September 2016, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division from September 2012 to September 2013. John Doyle holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University Graduate School, along with foundational education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Poughkeepsie High School.
