Nicholas Gonzalez, CAIA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicholas began their career as a Marketing Intern at Cleinman Performance Partners in 2008. Nicholas then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Cartus from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Westchester County, where they held various roles, including Audit Clerk, Department Analyst, and Program Analyst, from 2011 to 2014.

In 2014, Nicholas joined JPMorgan Chase as a Fund Accountant Specialist before transitioning to New York Power Authority in 2015. At New York Power Authority, they served as an Asset Investment Analyst II and later as a Senior Asset Investment Analyst until 2018. Nicholas'sresponsibilities included optimizing project selection, evaluating operational and financial risks, and estimating financial value using discounted cash flow analyses.

Nicholas then joined Con Edison Development as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in asset valuations and project finance from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they returned to New York Power Authority as the Manager of Asset Investments, where they managed the asset investment team until 2021. Nicholas was subsequently promoted to Director of Asset Investments, a position they held until 2022.

In 2022, Nicholas joined Rabobank Wholesale Banking North America as the Vice President of Project Finance. Nicholas then transitioned back to New York Power Authority as the Director of Project Finance in the same year. Throughout their career, Nicholas has exhibited expertise in project finance, asset investments, financial analysis, and risk management.

Nicholas Gonzalez, CAIA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Economics from Baruch College, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Nicholas also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Hartwick College, obtained from 2006 to 2010. Moreover, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from Clarkson University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their degrees, Nicolas obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association in 2016.
