Susan A. Craig, M.P.H has extensive experience in strategic communications and media outreach. Susan A. has worked in various roles, including Director of Media Relations at the New York Power Authority and Director of Public Information & Communications at the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. Susan A. has also held positions at Weight Watchers International, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Columbia University TeenScreen National Center for Mental Health Checkups, Columbia University Medical Center, Edelman-NY Health Division, Boston Children's Hospital, McLean Hospital, and the Amsterdam Recorder. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated success in developing and implementing communications strategies, managing media relations, and cultivating relationships with various stakeholders.

Susan A. Craig, M.P.H. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Journalism from Syracuse University Utica College in 1993. Susan A. later pursued their Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Social and Behavioral Sciences and Health Communications at the Boston University School of Public Health from 2000 to 2003.
