Alisa Ryncarz

Alisa Ryncarz is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently working at New York Proton Center since May 2022, focusing on proton therapy for thoracic and breast malignancies under the guidance of radiation oncologists Dr. Charles Simone. Prior to this role, Alisa served as a Nurse Practitioner at Mount Sinai Health System from November 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing care at the Dubin Breast Center under Dr. Amy Tiersten and rounding on hematology/oncology patients. Alisa also worked as an Oncology Research Nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for a brief period in 2015-2016, contributing to research on head and neck cancer and managing various operational tasks. Alisa holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, along with experience studying abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
