Harry Wells is an experienced Certified Business Advisor who has worked with the Small Business Development Center and managed client accounts, business strategies, and start-up organization plans. Harry also served as the Regional Director at the NYS Small Business Development Center and was the Owner and Principal of Innovative Distribution Services, specializing in international trade. Harry Wells holds a Master's Degree in Sociology and is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics.
