Stephanie Peschiera is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business advisory, operations management, and legal support. Currently serving as a Small Business Advisor at New York SBDC since August 2016, Peschiera delivers high-quality counseling, training, and strategic advisement to entrepreneurs and small business owners, specializing in financial statement analysis and projections. Previous roles include Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at di Nigo Consulting, where administrative and financial management support was provided, and Operations Manager at Dig It Farm, overseeing farm operations and sales. Peschiera also held a management position at Ost Cafe and worked with Sanctuary for Families as an immigration paralegal and caseworker, supporting domestic violence victims. Peschiera holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College and a BA in Anthropology from New York University.
