Kelly Sepa

Kelly Sepa is currently serving as a Legislative Aide to New York State Senator Steve Rhoads in the 5th District since November 2023. Previous experience includes a position as a Law Clerk at Cellino Law and at Kats, Jamison & Associates, where responsibilities encompassed drafting legal documents and assisting in personal injury litigation. Kelly also served as a Certified Legal Intern at Villanova University's Interdisciplinary Mental & Physical Health Law Clinic, providing direct client representation and conducting legal research. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Research Assistant and Judicial Intern, enhancing skills in legal analysis and documentation. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and Sociology from SUNY Oneonta. Leadership experience is highlighted by serving as Chapter President and Recruitment Director for Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority, focusing on community service, budgeting, and member recruitment.
