Tanner is an elected Board Trustee for the Mahopac Central School District Board of Education, achieving significant electoral success in both 2020 and 2023. Previous experience includes internships in the United States Senate, various roles at the University at Albany Student Association, and an events facilitator position at Bubble Bus NY. Tanner holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University at Albany, as well as a high school diploma from Mahopac High School.
