Kristin Langdon

Kristin Langdon, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position was as the VP of People at NYSHEX, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council starting in April 2022.

From October 2020 to December 2022, Kristin held the role of SVP of People and Culture at Botify. Before that, they worked at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Human Resources, Director, and HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2020.

In 2015, they served as the US HR & Administration Manager at Taykey, which was later acquired by Innovid. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Operations Manager at Dempsey & Carroll from 2014 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a Practice Manager at Dr. Lewis Lipsey from 2012 to 2014 and as an Assistant Office Manager at Dr. Elizabeth Poynor from 2010 to 2012.

Their career in human resources started at RDNY.com, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2010.

Kristin Langdon, SHRM-CP, attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2000 to 2004. Kristin obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2017.
