Eliza Osman

Eliza Osman is an experienced mental health professional with a strong foundation in social work and education. Currently serving as Primary Clinician at OnTrack NY within the New York State Psychiatric Institute since June 2022, Eliza has previously held roles as Psychiatric Social Worker and Advanced Clinical Social Work Intern, focusing on individual, group, and family therapy. Eliza’s educational background includes a Master's in Social Work from Columbia School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Education from Dartmouth College, where involvement included directing community outreach for Students for Education Reform and mentoring with the SIBS Mentoring program. Additional experience includes conducting intake interviews as an Intake Counselor at The Door - A Center of Alternatives and teaching second grade with DREAM, facilitated through participation in Teach For America.
