Erika Esquivel

Erika Esquivel, MS, currently serves as a Critical Time Intervention Implementation Specialist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute since August 2025. Previously, Erika was a Program Manager at Vibrant Emotional Health from June 2022 to August 2025, where data-driven initiatives targeting children's emotional and mental health challenges were developed. Past experience includes participation in a Microsoft Power BI Analyst Training Program at TechFluent and a role as a Medical Scribe at CITYMD during the pandemic, handling patient care and documentation. Additionally, Erika contributed as a Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps, empowering women through health education, and held various mentoring positions at SUNY Geneseo, focusing on student support and career development. Erika holds a Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
