Breffni Neary

Breffni Neary is currently a Summer Associate at Molod Spitz & DeSantis, P.C., and serves as a Law Clerk for NYSUT since September 2022, focusing on legal research regarding inter-union communications and education law. Previous experience includes a Judicial Externship at the New York State Supreme Court under the Honorable Kelly O'Neill Levy, where duties involved matrimonial law, as well as a Summer Intern position at KRW LAW LLP, and roles in various legal and educational settings. Breffni holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Early Childhood Education from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York.
