Julie Bull

Julie Bull has over 18 years of experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at NYSUT since June 2005. In various capacities within NYSUT, including Assistant to the Director of Communications and Assistant to the Editor in Chief of NYSUT United, Julie provides support to the statewide union's communications department and has played a key role in maintaining and improving workflows for the photo archive system. Prior to NYSUT, Julie worked as a Fiscal Accounts Technician for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities included verifying eligibility and benefit information as well as addressing patient billing concerns. Julie also has experience as a Third Party Liability Clerk at Public Consulting Group, where the focus was on insurance verification and database management. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany and an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College.
