Peter Savage

Peter Savage has over two decades of legislative experience, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Legislation at NYSUT since November 2009, where Peter has also held positions as Senior Legislative Representative and Legislative Representative. Prior to this role, Peter was the Legislative Coordinator at the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) from December 1999 to November 2009 and served as a Legislative Intern/Project Staff member at the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) from December 1998 to December 1999. Peter obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from The College of Saint Rose, having previously attended Mohawk Valley Community College.
