Paul Fettuccia

Paul Fettuccia has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, serving as President of the New York State Wireless Association since December 2021 and as President and General Manager of ANS Advanced Network Services from January 2002 to January 2022. Notably, Fettuccia established key relationships with major players such as Verizon Wireless, Verizon, and AT&T while leading the company's expansion into Tower Services and Power Services. Prior to his leadership roles, Fettuccia held the position of Director of Engineering at the Telecommunication Analysis Group and worked as an Engineer at Time Warner Cable. Fettuccia holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Network Management from Syracuse University, completed between 1996 and 1997.
