Mark McCauley

Mark McCauley currently serves as a board member and chairman of the Junior Leadership Council at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute, dedicated to advancing cures through stem cell research. McCauley held the position of Managing Director and Head of Origination in the Corporate & Asset Finance Group at Nomura from August 2020 to August 2025, focusing on private credit and lender finance. Previously, McCauley was a Principal at Parquet Capital from 2015 to 2020, managing alternative assets in catalyst-driven special situations, and held the role of Vice President at Melody Capital Partners, LP, where the focus was on middle market direct lending. Before that, McCauley was a Director at UBS, working in the Special Situations Group and the Structured Credit Group from 2008 to 2013. Academic credentials include an M.S. and two B.S. degrees in Analytical Finance, Mathematics, and Bioengineering from Lehigh University earned between 2002 and 2007.
