William Rice

Electron Microscopy Facility Manager at New York Structural Biology Center

William Rice is the Electron Microscopy Facility Manager at New York Structural Biology Center since 2006. Prior to this position, William was a Postdoctoral Fellow at New York University from 1997 to 2005. William has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc.H in Biochemistry from Queen's University. Their expertise includes 2D image analysis, 3D reconstruction of molecules, helical reconstruction, and operation of Tecnai and JEOL microscopes. William is also skilled in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, and CSH.
