Paul Ellis

Paul Ellis is the Director at New York Technology Council. Paul has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Paul began their career as a Staff member on the Committee on Governmental Affairs for the United States Senate from 1990 to 1993. Paul then worked as an Associate at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Winston & Strawn LLP and was there until 2002 when they transitioned to their current role at New York Technology Council.

Paul Ellis graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Social Studies and went on to Georgetown University Law Center where they earned their J.D. While at Georgetown, they were on the America Criminal Law Review.
