Jessica Golden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory services and operational transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Advisor at Ownership Works since November 2023, Jessica previously held the role of Senior Director at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and has been a member of the Board of Advisors for the New York Theatre Ballet since December 2011. Jessica also worked as a Partner at Bain & Company from January 2020 until January 2024 and spent 15 years at Deloitte, where Jessica was elected Partner in 2009. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Accenture. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and International Relations from UCLA.
