Javon Q. Minter is a skilled professional with a diverse background in the performing arts and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at New York Theatre Workshop since February 2022, Javon has extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and beverage sector. Notable positions include Food and Beverage Manager at Grayson Hotel, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved, and Maitre D' at multiple prestigious venues such as The Ned and Ai Fiori, where operational excellence and guest experience were prioritized. Javon also has academic experience as an Assistant Professor of Acting at Circle in the Square Theater School and has cultivated teaching artistry at LEAP. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting from Brooklyn College and an Associate of Arts in Philosophy from LaGuardia Community College.
