Teaching Artist at New York Theatre Workshop

Kimberlee Walker is a seasoned theatre professional with a robust background in education and production. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at New York Theatre Workshop since September 2022, Kimberlee also contributes as a Sensitivity Reader for Writing Diversely since August 2020. Previously, Kimberlee directed plays at Writopia Lab from May 2019 to June 2021, working closely with young playwrights. Additionally, Kimberlee produced social media content for Carrie's Touch, focusing on breast cancer awareness, and held the position of Senior Educator at the Tenement Museum for nearly seven years, leading educational tours and discussions. Kimberlee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ithaca College.
