Ian Madover

Ian Madover is an accomplished marketing and leadership professional with extensive experience in non-profit and entrepreneurial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing for the New York Youth Symphony since February 2022, Ian previously held the position of Director at the Bronx Office for Student Start-Ups, where entrepreneurial curricula were developed to empower high school students. Ian's entrepreneurial journey includes founding MadOverYou Apparel, which donated proceeds to arts programs, and Ouchies Bandages, a successful children's bandage company sold in over 1,000 stores. Ian's early career included a role as Creative Director at Jericho Communications, overseeing creative campaigns for prominent clients. Ian earned a Bachelor's degree in English with a Concentration in Journalism from the University of Delaware.
