Caroline Rosanowski

Caroline Rosanowski currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Information Command at the New Zealand Defence Force since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading business operations and providing strategic advice to senior leadership. Previous roles include Head of Communications and Engagement as an independent consultant, Manager of Communications and Education at the Electoral Commission, and General Manager of Marketing & Communications at New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Inc. Additional experience spans various positions in communications and public relations at organizations such as the New Zealand Fire Service, Housing New Zealand Corporation, and the Department for Courts. Caroline holds a Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation and a BA Hons in History from the University of Canterbury.
